Our technician will meet with you and discuss the current and any future requirements that you may have. They will listen and then clarify with you, ensuring that you both have the same vision of the network.
After discussing the requirements, the technician will survey your location(s) for all existing equipment, cabling, and wireless capabilities. They will also look for possible issues and concerns regarding to the implementation of the requirements of the network as well as possible solutions to those issues.
Using all of the information gathered, the technician will create a detailed network plan.
The technician will discuss the network plan with you and go over any questions and concerns that you may have. If any changes are needed, the technician will update the network plan and confirm those changes with you.
When you are comfortable with the network plan, you give our technician the permission to proceed and all of the necessary steps will then be taken to move ahead.
If any training of your staff is required, our patient technician can teach your staff. This can be done on a one-on-one basis or in a small classroom size, provided that you have the facilities available.
At a prearranged date and time that works with your schedule, the technician will deliver, setup, configure and test all required hardware.
